Introduction
The house is situated on the eastern side of the island, in the bay of Parja, 50 meters from the sea. It is located in a quiet location away from the noise, with guaranteed privacy. Its position provides you with sun and shade throughout the day. From the house there is a view of the sea and the bay of Parja.
Vacation in our house is suitable for guests who want to enjoy the peaceful nature, away from the noise and overcrowded beaches, in socializing with family and friends. There are two parking spaces next to the house.
Description
Happy holiday house consists of three rooms with bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, and two terraces with six deck chairs. Each room has a double bed. Rooms are air-conditioned and feature imaginative names: Big Blue, Sunset and Violet Love.
The house is located in the bay of Parja, 50m from the pebble beach and 3.5km from the town of Vis. The military collapse of the lobster is at 300m, fort Fort George at 2km. Access to the house is via the stairs.
Although it is on an isolated location, the house has a city water supply and electricity.
Private boat mooring, private parking for 2 cars, fireplace, WIFI, telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, microwave, TV, two fridges and two extra beds are available for guests.
Family Ščirković has been engaged in tourism since 1967. The house was restored in 2019 and the owners are not staying in the building in the town of Vis.
Garden and terrace
In our garden there is a table for eight people and a fireplace. Two hundreds of years old autochthonous olives of Baštrinka protect the sun from almost the entire space. It is possible to place sun loungers in the shade and enjoy the view on the sea.

The pebble beach is located 50m from the house. Beaches can be set up on deck chairs. Nearby we also have a private berth where you can tie the boat. Cove Parja is a deep and quiet bay with no waves.

How to reach us?
The ferry takes you to the island of Vis 3 times a day in high season. Upon arrival in Vis, turn right and drive straight 3.5 km and you will reach the bay of Parja. At the start of the hill after the beach, turn left and you come to our parking lot.
The island of Vis is one of the few islands that kept the original Mediterranean appearance. It could be said that the entire island of Vis is a historical monument because in many places can be seen preserved historical objects (Tito's cave, Roman baths, remains of the ancient city of Issa, summer houses, churches, etc.). Apart from its historical significance, it is known for its clean sea and protected underwater, and its marvelous flora and fauna of its untouched nature. The coastal belt of the island and the surrounding islets feature beautiful pebble and sand beaches as well as numerous hidden coves and caves, such as the world famous Modra and Green Caves. If you like to dive and discover the sea world or you are a sailing fan, Vis is an inevitable destination for you. In addition to this active holiday, you can enjoy the quieter ones and explore the rich gastronomic and wine offer. The interior of the island is rich in greenery, vineyards and olive groves.
Larger settlements on the island are Vis and Komiža, and near Vis is the bay of Rukavac from which it overlooks the nearby lagoon of the islets of Budihovec and Ravnik, on which is the Green Spit.
The bay of Parja is surrounded by rocky and pebble beaches, most notably the famous Parja beach. Along with the clear blue sea, the scents of the coastal pine and rosemary, this place is especially magical for a quiet family vacation.
